.nailed it!.

Finally got off my lazy arse and removed my badly chipped nail polish from.. last month? 2 months ago? I lost count. On top of that, I even repainted them! Yes i did! Before i show you today's nails, lemme post pics of previous DIY manicures.

This is my favourite way to do my nails. Diagonal swipe of nail polish lined with glitter. This is a great (and lazy) way to make your manicures last because even when your nails grow out, it still looks alright because the base is pretty much your natural nail colour!

This look is for when I'm lazy because it's really quite hard to paint diagonally with your left hand! I just paint on two different types of glitters on the tips of my nails and I'm all done! Again, when it grows out, it still looks like a fresh manicure (unless u go upclose).

OPI's Shatter nail polish is seriously awesome when you're feeling EVEN lazier. you just put on a coloured base, and then smear the Shatter nail polish all over. The best part: you can go in any direction. The messier you paint it, the more interesting the cracks! This took me a total of, i dunno, 5 minutes to do. And it dries so fast too!

When I can't decide if i wanna do it right or be lazy, I usually end up with something like this. It's not too clear in the photo but those are little pink hearts on top of the glitter.

And finally, this is what I did today. Yes I know its a little messy and you can see bits of nail polish outside of the nail on my skin but this is how lazy i am. I won't fix it because I've found that after a shower or a couple of hand washes, you can scratch it right off and your manicure looks good as new!
